Digital Products – No Returns Policy

All products sold by Vedirt are digital downloads (ebooks, AI prompts). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

Eligibility for Refund:
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at vedirt.india@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product already downloaded.
- Incompatibility with your device (please check file format before purchasing).

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
